If your email address is not working, there are a couple of things you can check:
- Are there any unwanted spaces before or after the email address when you enter it in the box.
- Do you have another email address that may have been used by your employer e.g. work or personal?
If when you enter the email address, the box turns a light grey then this means you have entered the correct email.
