Why is my email address not being accepted?

If your email address is not working, there are a couple of things you can check:

  • Are there any unwanted spaces before or after the email address when you enter it in the box.
  • Do you have another email address that may have been used by your employer e.g. work or personal?

If when you enter the email address, the box turns a light grey then this means you have entered the correct email. 

If you are receiving an error message that says: 'User is not active on Each Person'  it may mean that your employer has marked you as a leaver of the company. As a result, your access to the system has been disabled.
