Step 1.
All of our vouchers are virtual and will be sent to you via email. Open the email containing the Voucher and click ‘Get Gift’.

Step 2.
The gift card will open in a new tab. Click 'Reveal card details'.

Step 3.

A pop up will appear asking if your are 'Ready to spend'. If you are ready to use your voucher click 'I'm ready to spend'

TOP TIP - You will always be able to access the voucher through this link so keep the email safe.

Step 4.
Check on the product description on our shop if your gift card can be used in-store, online, or both. If it can be used in-store, you can print the gift card or take the code on your phone to the till.

TOP TIP - Selected gift cards, such as Boots and ASOS, will provide a code that you apply to your gift card balance in your account on the retailer’s website. If you are having any trouble applying the gift card to your account, please contact the retailer’s support team.
