Step 1.
Open the email containing the gift card and click ‘Get Gift’.

Step 2.
The gift card will open in a new tab. You may be prompted to click through an extra download stage.

TOP TIP - You will always be able to access the gift card through this link so keep the email safe.

Step 3.
Check on the product description on our shop if your gift card can be used in-store, online, or both. If it can be used in-store, you can print the gift card or take the code on your phone to the till.

TOP TIP - Selected gift cards, such as Amazon and ASOS, will provide a download code that you apply to your gift card balance in your account details on the retailer’s website. If you are having any trouble applying the gift card to your account, please contact the retailer’s support team.
