Step 1.
Log into your Each Person account.
Step 2.
Open the email titled ‘You have received recognition from a colleague!’ and click the ‘sign in’ button.
Step 3.
The Ecard will automatically pop up on the screen. Or if this does not occur, simply go to the 'Reporting' tab on the left of the dashboard and select 'People Activity' to view your ecard history. Then click 'View' next to the selected Ecard.
Step 4.
Click ‘Redeem Reward’. If any further details, such as a delivery address, are required, you will be prompted to enter this now.
Step 5.
Check your email inbox for an email confirmation of the order.
Step 6.
If the reward is a gift card, this will be sent to your email inbox within 72 hours. If the reward is a product, this will arrive within the retailer’s given timeframe.
If you do not have the email, no worries! Simply log in, navigate to the recognition Dashboard, click to view ‘All History’ and scroll through, find and click ‘View’ on the correct Ecard.
