How to send recognition with an Ecard

Step 1

Log in: Head to your Each Person platform and log in.

Step 2

Find the Recognition page: From your dashboard, click ‘Recognition’ on the left-hand menu.

Step 3

Choose an Ecard: You’ll arrive in the Ecard Library. Pick a design that suits your message by clicking ‘Choose Ecard’.

Step 4

Add the Recipient: In the panel that opens, type in your recipient’s name (or names if sending to more than one person).

Step 5

Select a Reason for Recognising: Pick a reason from the dropdown. This may affect the maximum reward amount allowed.

Step 6

Add a Reward (Optional): You can now choose one of three options:

  • Balance Boost – Add points to their balance.

  • Specific Gift – Select a set gift from our catalogue.

  • Choice of Evoucher – Let them pick a gift card from a range.

Some users (e.g. Managers, SuperAdmins) may also choose whether to pay from their personal balance or company pot.

Step 7

Review and Send: Click Next to preview your message and reward. You can choose to make the recognition public or private using the toggle.

Once happy, hit Send Ecard!

Step 8

Confirmation: A success screen will appear confirming your ecard was sent. If you’ve selected Choice of Evoucher, this is where you’ll see a one-time link to share.

Click ‘Back to Dashboard’ to return to your Ecard Feed.
