Why is my password not being accepted?

When entering your password, be aware that it is case-sensitive so make sure you are entering it with any necessary CAPITAL letters. Make sure there are no spaces before or after the password too.

Another thing to check is that your account has been activated - when you create an account, we send you an email with a link to verify your account. If you logged out without doing this, you will not be able to log in again until you have completed this step.
