You can access the EAP by logging into your Each Person account, on the left hand menu click on the "Benefits" tab. Once you are on the Benefits page you can find and select the EAP tile. This will provide you with the log in details and link to your company's EAP portal.

What type of mental health support does the EAP offer?

The EAP provides access to professional counselling, mental health assessments, stress management tools, and self-help resources to support your emotional wellbeing. Support is delivered via phone or video call so that you can access support in a way that suits you best.

Is the EAP confidential?

Yes, the EAP is 100% confidential. Your employer will not be informed if you use the service, and any discussions you have with a counsellor or advisor remain private.

Is the EAP free to use?

Yes, the EAP is completely free for employees. Your employer covers the cost so you can access support without any financial burden.

Who can use the EAP?

The EAP is available to all employees whose employer has opted into the programme.
