I received my item but it was damaged/faulty. What should I do?

We’re really sorry about that! The retailers will always do their best to ensure that your product(s) arrives in perfect condition. However, occasionally mistakes do occur or items are damaged in transit. Please check your product(s) on receipt and report any issues to the Epoints customer support team as soon as possible by emailing support@epoints.com.

Please include the following information in your email:
- Order Number
- Item Description
- Description of the fault
- Images
