Step 1.
Log into your Each Person account.
Step 2.
Click the tab labelled 'Reporting' and Select the option labelled 'Nomination Activity'. The table shows the users that have been nominated.
Step 3.
Click the > icon next to each name to view the date of nomination, who sent it, the reason, the message and nomination status.
Step 4.
To reject a nomination, click > next to the user's name, then the bin icon.
Step 5.
To refer a nomination, click > next to the user's name, then the paper plane icon. Then select the name of the manager you would like to refer it to.
Step 6.
To select the winner, click > next to the user's name, then click the medal icon. Select the prize and enter a message. Click 'send award'.
