What should I do if my Diesel Card is damaged or not functioning properly?

Can I transfer my Diesel Card to someone else, or is it strictly for personal use?

The Diesel Card is non-transferable and is intended for personal use only. It cannot be transferred to another individual.

When is the Weekly Fixed Price updated?

The fixed weekly price is typically updated on the first working day of each week for customers in the UK and Northern Ireland. However, please note that this schedule may be subject to change due to bank holidays or other factors. For those in the Republic of Ireland, the price is updated every Wednesday and Saturday.

Can I keep my Diesel Card if I am no longer a part of my company?

Yes! You can retain your card even if you are no longer employed by your company.

Why does my fuel station receipt not show my discount?

Your accurate discounted amount will be shown in your Transaction History within 24 hours.

Will I get a receipt?

You can request a receipt at the station if desired.

Can I use my card internationally?

The Diesel Card is valid for use in the UK, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland.

Is there a limit on the number of transactions I can make with my Diesel Card in a day or month?

Yes there is a limit. With the Diesel Card, you can fill up once every 12 hours.

Can I purchase other items besides standard Diesel?

The Diesel Card is designed specifically for standard diesel fuel purchases only; it does not cover Petrol or Premium diesel and you may get charged more for making a premium purchase. Please note that attempting to use the card for other purchases, such as items within the the diesel station, will result in its decline.
