On the login page, click the forgotten password link and enter the email address associated with your Each Person account. You will then receive an email containing a link to allow you to reset your password. 

It is important to note that you must not close the forgotten password window/tab, or the unique code sent to your emails will no longer work. Simply open a new tab to access your email!
