What does 'User is not active in Each Person' mean?

If you're seeing this message when trying to log in, it could be for two reasons:

  • It may mean your employer has marked you as a leaver of the company. As a result, your access to the system has been disabled.
  • Your company no longer works with us and therefore, your account has been deactivated.
