I purchased an Evoucher (giftcard) from Each Person but have not received it?

Evouchers are sent via email, not through the post. If you are buying a single voucher or buying several of the same amount vouchers for the same retailer then they should arrive promptly into your inbox!
If you are buying different value amounts from the same retailer OR vouchers from different retailers in the same order then they may take a little longer, but never more than 72 hours.

The email will come directly from Runa, so please ensure you search your inbox for emails from Runa rather than from Each Person. It is also worth checking your junk/spam folder to ensure it hasn't landed in there.
