Can I get a refund to my original payment method if Each Person couldn't fulfill my order and returned points to my account?

Yes, If you have used your card to pay for all/part of an order then we are able to arrange for the money to go back to your original payment method and for the corresponding point amount to be removed from your balance.

Unfortunately, this does mean that your Cashback Epoints will also be removed. If the Cashback Epoints have been spent then this amount will be taken from the product price when refunded back to your original payment method.

If you would like your money back rather than the epoints then please email support@eachperson.com with your order details and we will arrange this for you.
