How do I send an ecard?

Log in to your Each Person account. From the dashboard, select ‘Recognise’ on the left hand menu or the 'Recognise with an Ecard' tab on the right of your screen. 

First select the Ecard design you would like to send, by clicking 'Choose Ecard'. 

Next type the recipient(s) name in the ‘Send To’ box. 

Select your ‘Reason for Recognising’ from the drop down menu. 

Select whether or not you would like to ‘Add a reward’. This is completely up to you, but If you are then please select a points amount or choose a gift. 

After this, click next, here you can edit the privacy of the ecard. If you choose to make the Ecard and message private, only you, the recipient and any SuperAdmins of your platform will be able to see this. 

Once you have done this you can click 'Send Ecard'!
