Simply log in to the platform: https://www.eachperson.com/dashboard/login

Then go to the menu on the left of your screen and click the tab that says "Benefits"

Once on the benefits page, if your employer has enabled the Childcare scheme for you and your company this will be displayed as a tile. Simply click the link and fill in the form.
