Our holiday salary sacrifice scheme is powered by Inspire! Book your trip of a lifetime without the upfront cost through [Inspire](https://www.travelbyinspire.co.uk/).

- Go to the ‘Benefits’ tab in Each Person and select ‘Holiday Salary Sacrifice.’ - Click ‘Find Holiday’ to browse options on the Inspire website. - Once you’ve chosen a holiday, return to the Each Person page and apply for a voucher. - Fill in your details and the requested amount. - Submit your application for approval by your employer.

The agreed amount will be deducted directly from your salary over a set period, as per your employer’s guidelines.

If you leave your job before the full amount has been deducted, your remaining balance may be taken from your final salary or need to be repaid separately. Check your company’s policy for details.

Eligibility may depend on your employer’s participation in the scheme. Check with your HR department or Each Person to see if your company is enrolled. Once you have applied for the scheme the Each Person team will submit your details to your employer for approval. We will be in touch via email with the outcome of this.
