How can I update my personal information?

To edit your personal details, log into your Each Person account and click on the person symbol in the top right of your dashboard. From the drop down menu, select 'Your details' to view the details we have for you. There will be a button next to each section which will allow you to edit the information!

How can I change my password?

To change your password, log in to your Each Person account and click on the person symbol in the top right of your dashboard. From the drop down menu, select 'Your details' and then click on the 'Edit' button in the password section. Complete the 3 boxes and click 'Save' - you're all done!

Why is my password not being accepted?

Be aware that it is case-sensitive so make sure you are entering it with any necessary CAPITAL letters. If you are still struggling try resetting your password.

What if I forget my password?

Click on the forgotten password link located on the login page and follow the steps.

Why is my email address not being accepted?

Please double check there are no spaces before or after the email address when you enter, same with capital letters.
