Upgrade your account by going into your account area within the shop.

How can I update my personal information?

To edit your personal details, log into your Each Person account and click on the person symbol in the top right of your dashboard. From the drop down menu, select 'Your details'. On the next page you will see the details we currently have on record for you. There will be an 'Edit' button next to each section which will allow you to edit the information!

I need help with my SSO log in

SSO stands for Single Sign-On. If your workplace uses SSO, you’ll be prompted to log in using your internal system (such as Microsoft or Fourth) after entering your work email on the Each Person login page. If you're seeing a "No Access" screen, it usually means that the email address on your Each Person account doesn’t match the one used in your company’s login system. ✅ What to do: - Check the email you’re entering. Why is my password not being accepted?

Be aware that it is case-sensitive so make sure you are entering it with any necessary CAPITAL letters. If you are still struggling try resetting your password.

What do I do if I forget my password?

Click on the forgotten password link located on the login page and follow the steps.

Why is my email address not being accepted?

Please double check there are no spaces before or after the email address when you enter, same with capital letters.

What does 'User is not active in Each Person' mean?

If you're seeing this message when trying to log in, it means your employer has marked you as a leaver of the company. As a result, your access to the system has been disabled.

Do my points/rewards expire?

Yes, any rewards given to you will expire 18 months from the date of issue.
